David did a fantastic job with our Am. Staff. Terrier, Arielle. I struggled everyday when I walked her and now after two weeks with you, walking her is fun and we enjoy our time together. You were very professional and made me feel very secure leaving her with you. Your place was exceptionally clean and you treated her as if she were one of your own. I also love the fact that I can bring her to you for boarding when I go on vacation. I highly recommend Loyal K-9 to anyone that has big or small issues with their dog.

Absolutely recommend David and Loyal K-9! My young Am. Staff Terrier was so well trained that I now thoroughly enjoy walking her and taking her places. David treats all the animals like they are his own. His place is exceptionally clean. He is wonderful! Love what he has done with Arielle. Thanks so much Dave!
My wife and I got a Sheperd Husky mix puppy from a friend and he's our first dog. We did our research online and thought that we could do it by ourselves and we were wrong. I emailed David and right away answered my question and we then made an appointment for a puppy lesson. My wife and I were extremely happy with it. David didn't train Odin he trained us. Which was what we really needed. David answered all our questions and gave us great knowledge and tips to use for our puppy. Even after the lesson was over I kept on remembering more questions and David was patient with me. Never once looked or felt frustrated. Also David has continued to answer questions for me days later. Once Odin is 5 months I'm definitely signing him up to the Loyal K9 boot camp.
10/21/2013 Previous review David does an amazing job with all types and breeds of dogs. His environment is exceptionally clean and he treats your dog as if he/she was one of his very own. He is in constant communication with you, and the results are amazing! I must admit that I was the one with separation anxiety, but David made me feel very comfortable leaving her for the two weeks while she was gone. My husband and son were not too supportive on sending our dog to a camp. However, after seeing the results when she got home, they were totally amazed. The one on one training made it so much easier when she came home to pick up and continue on with. I highly recommend Loyal K-9 to train your dog. Once again thank you VERY much David!
10/23/2013 Previous review I cannot say enough about Loyal K9 and how good David is with training your dog! He treats them as if they were his own and with no physical threats that would ever truly hurt them. His place and kennels are exceptionally clean and I felt very comfortable leaving our dog with him for two weeks. Immediately our dog felt comfortable as well with him. I must say that my husband and son were very reluctant that anything would work but after seeing our dog when she returned home, they were amazed at how mellow she was and well behaved. Thanks to David, walking my dog is much easier and more joyful. I highly recommend him to anyone! 12/19/2013 Updated review Absolutely recommend David and Loyal K-9! My young Am. Staff Terrier was so well trained that I now thoroughly enjoy walking her and taking her places. David treats all the animals like they are his own. His place is exceptionally clean. He is wonderful! Love what he has done with Arielle. Thanks so much Dave! We had our dog Sugar do the 2 week boot camp. Before she went, she was a little difficult to take on walks and would run out the door without permission. She also had little respect for our 4 small dogs. When we would be on vacation, my mom (Sugars grandma) would watch the dogs, and would tell us on our return, how bad Sugars behavior was. Her behavior was totally different from when we were around.
After boot camp, she is now the perfect dog. She has respect for us and our small dogs. David is very caring, knowledgable and would always give us updates. He even comforted her in the kennel during a thunderstorm at night. David answered every question and text we had. We highly recommend Loyal K-9. We now have the best relationship with Sugar. Thank you David. Add Comment I did the puppy classes at PetSmart which are completely worthless, so I was really discouraged. A friend recommended Loyal K-9. After just one in home lesson with David, I'm already seeing some great changes in my stubborn little dog. His approach is so different than the pet store methods, and so much more effective. I work full time, so I don't have the time needed to fully train her how I want. I will be enrolling her in the two week cadet course where he'll keep her on site and train her in all the basics - such a relief with my busy schedule! I would highly recommend Loyal K-9 to anyone who wants to get the most out of the relationship with their dog."
First night home after boot camp. A perfect bleib. What a good girl. Already on her place and no problems. Thank you David. !!!!!!
Loyal K-9 sure won me over. Please allow me to say that I was skeptical about sending my dog to the 3 week boot camp to someone I didn't know. She's a puppy and I knew that I would miss her and I also wondered if the results would be what we needed them to be since our dog is smart but just a little stubborn some times and we are limited on the time that we can put into training her so we needed help getting obedience planted into her head and then we could keep up the maintenance after that.
Wow, did Loyal K-9 perform everything we needed and a whole lot more. The trainer, David Pellerin, is top notch. He knew I was having problems being separated from my puppy and he kept me updated regularly on her progress and even sent me pictures and occasionally video. He also posted some of the same items on his web page as well as on Facebook. That helped me immensely to start with. I could see through her progress (which was amazingly fast by the way) that she was happy and healthy and learning very well from a caring trainer. By the time we picked her up we were able to learn very quickly that she was doing so well in basic obedience that we went straight to test for the Canine Good Citizen test for AKC and she passed with flying colors. Now that we have had her back home, she is behaving so much better than she ever did before and the maintenance training is a real treat now. She seems to like it as much as my husband and I do. Thank you David Pellerin and Loyal K-9! You guys are awesome and I highly recommend you to everyone who, like me, needs help with training that our busy schedules just don't allow for us to do right now. Now that our girl knows her training we have time to go through daily review and have lots more time for fun and playing after that. Thanks again. Michelle, AKA Ember's mom My wife and I are both retirees who just want to stay healthy and enjoy our new Golden Retriever puppy, Rumple. I know this breed is the friendliest but because they grow fast and big, I was still worried that if I don't provide Rumple with proper training, I will not be able to handle him when he reaches his full size. I also recently had my knee surgery and I was looking forward to my morning walks with Rumple. Unfortunately, like most puppy owners, I too had to deal with my dog's high-energy. It does not help that he had a little touch of ADHD. He pulled on leash, jumped on us when he gets excited and sometimes just won't listen. I tolerated all these because he is very cute and adorable. But I also do not want to aggravate my condition so I searched for the best training school in Inland Empire. I checked out a lot of places but only Loyal K-9 made me feel the most comfortable. For one, David is a very experienced K9 handler. Like you, I had to see to believe so I visited his place with my family. Their well-kept home, thoughtful setup for kennels, crates, yard, and break area was a hint they know what they are doing. We had a bunch of questions, which David addressed. He was very patient and professional. He explained all the services they offer and even showed a live demo of what to expect from the boot camp. Their German shepherd Maverick IS the ideal dog and if our Rumple could be at least half as good as he is, I'd be very happy. I was extremely hopeful when I enrolled Rumple to their in-home/in-kennel boot camp. Loyal K-9 did not disappoint! They stayed true to their promise and I could not be any happier to see Rumple quit all his bad habits (jumping, play-biting, chewing, digging, barking, and leash-pulling). I often chase Rumple around because he was always after our slippers or stones from my yard. To see him get rid of all that was already amazing. But it did not stop there, Rumple can now reliably follow commands like come, heel, down, sit-stay, down-stay, crate, kennel, break, and walks politely on leash! I think there's more that I may be forgetting at the moment because there are also non-verbal cues like auto-sit. I was only able to get Rumple to down when I have treat. He is very treat-driven and I must admit I fed him more than necessary when I was training him that I ended up waiting for him to poop all day, scooping lots of poop everywhere in my yard, mopping his kennel every single morning. This was truly a lot of hard work that I was not sure I could fulfill 10 years from now. David showed us a better system that works by assigning a designated area and using the break command. It is unbelievable how much work that single command is saving me! Instead of worrying about my yard or Rumple, I can now enjoy pleasant walks with Rumple and my family. We received video update on Day 1. This was totally unexpected because David told us Rumple might need to adjust first yet they made progress with him right away. David was very transparent with his training methods, he shares video updates. I don't know of any boot camp that would do that! Surprisingly, he does not rely on treats unlike other trainers! He is saving us money for dog treats and food. What he's done with Rumple is very impressive, I'd even call it a miracle because I know my Rumple before he attended boot camp and the Rumple we got back was just incredible! I am a very satisfied customer. In fact, I look forward to doing business with Loyal K-9 again. If basic training was this great, I cannot imagine what else advance training can do to my Rumple. I am sharing this review because I know that if you care about your pet, you are looking to invest in training too. Look no further, go with Loyal K-9 but don't just trust me, see it for yourself! I'm sure you landed this page because you are also doing your research. This could be the wisest decision you could make for your family and your pet.
