I am giving LOYAL K-9 a 5 star because of the great training they had provided for me and my dog. I did my research on this company and I had lots of great responses about their training. Let me give you a brief summary of what former clients of Loyal K-9 informed me about their experiences, and I do have a consent from these clients.
David's training works if you are dedicated to the training he provides. One of them signed up for the 3-week training for her Husky because of the inconsistency work schedule she had. She said she was amazed about the training program results. Upon graduation, her dog behaved so well and listened to her while David taught her the basic obedience her dog went through. Her 7-month-old dog was unruly, did not listen and barks at everything. When she took her dog home, her husband was very impressed how the dog listened to her with the basic obedience course.
Others signed up for the 8-week in home training (Akita and Mastiff) and are very satisfied with the results. They had informed me before they signed up on any paperwork/contracts, David explained the details of the programs you are interested in with no pressure to sign. What ever your question is, David will answer it. Not only will David help you at the time your dog is with him or during the 8-week course, but will extend his customer service even after the program. They are very satisfied with the training that they got and will continue more training with Loyal K-9 after they master the on-leash basic obedience with their dogs.
Some has even mentioned they still keep in contact with David, as now a friend and often does BBQ or lunches together. With all the comments and questions answered, I attempted to sign up my dog for the 8-week in-home training at first, but David discussed the details of the course in entirety before signing. I was glad he did before I made that mistake. David explained to me before signing the contract for the 8-weeks in-home training, I am responsible for training my dog for the whole week and has to follow the courses homework he will give me. He will show and explain it to me that day and afterwards, I will continue practicing with my dog daily at least 20 minutes a day, so we can move on to the next class. Because of the dedication I had to commit to, I decided and realized this program is not for me since I have different work/school schedules, so I decided to sign up my dog for the 3-week basic obedience program. My dog just graduated and the results are awesome! The time my dog was in the possession of Loyal K-9, I called David and he gave me updates and videos about my dog upon request, even though he doesn't have to do it.
Loyal K-9 training is great and I recommend it! Just look at his website and all the dog and owners that graduated from his program. Look at all the pictures from his website (training, graduation holding their certificate of completion, 4th of July parade from Moreno Valley, etc). Read the other 23 perfect 5 stars yelp reviews. I did! Look at the dedication and the things he gives back to the community.
David told me that he took a week off to escort/sponsored a 73 years old veteran back to the USS Yorktown after 50 years. They went to South Carolina at his own expense and sponsored trip through Loyal K-9. Now, does this sound like a 1 star review? I don't think so! My dog and I are doing great. Our walks are so much better than before. No more pulling and rope burn from his leash. Few more months and my dog will be going back to Loyal K-9 for advance obedience. Thank you Loyal K-9 and David for helping me and my dog.
